First, the pose. The character's pose looks... stiff. I suggest drawing a light sketch to work out the pose, like, make her a jump pose or something. If the pose is stiff, like in the drawing, it could take the life out of a character. Next, the feet. Positioning your feet like that is a little difficult.. Position them how you would position your own. Now, the hands, real hands curl at the fingers when resting. Try looking at your own hands, hold them up and let them rest, then use your own hands as reference. Same suggestion for the fingers. I hope this critique helped you, because this is all I have to say about this drawing. Keep practicing!
